The 2007 Montreal Millennium Summit will be held at the Palais des congrès, a convention centre ideally situated in the heart of downtown Montreal, Quebec on the northern edge of scenic Old Montreal. Occupying an entire block, the building is bordered by Viger Ave, Saint-Antoine St, Saint-Urbain St and Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle.

Accommodations

Connected to several hotels, the Palais des congrès has 4000 hotel rooms directly linked to it by indoor walkways. The Hyatt Regency Montreal, Delta Centre-Ville and InterContinental Montreal are all examples of hotels located within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Special accommodations have been arranged at Hotel St. James.

By metro (subway)

Take the metro (subway) to the PLACE-D'ARMES station (located under the Palais des congrès) and follow the signs.

Parking

The underground parking at the Palais (accessible at 1025 Chéneville St) offers 400 spaces. Another 1200 spaces are available at the Quartier International Parking lot (249 Saint-Antoine St West). Private parking is also available at a number of locations in the area.
